Tailor-made

Custom Thailand tours

For trips that do not fit a catalogue: three weeks with a six-year-old, a photography route that needs dawn light at four temples, or a honeymoon where the point is to do almost nothing. No fixed price list — you describe the trip, we cost it.

How it works

Five steps, no sales call

1. You tell us the shape of it

Dates, who is travelling, how long, and one or two things that must happen — the elephant day, a cooking class, three nights somewhere quiet. You do not need to know where you want to go.

2. We send a route, not a brochure

Within a working day you get a day-by-day outline with a real cost, from a specialist who has walked it. If your plan does not work in the time you have, we say so in that first reply rather than after a deposit.

3. You push back

Most trips go through two or three rounds. Move two nights, drop a city, add a beach. Each round is re-costed properly rather than adjusted by feel.

4. We hold the pieces

Hotels, guides, boats and drivers are confirmed with the suppliers — not “subject to availability” until the week before. You get the hotel names and the guide's name before you pay.

5. You travel, we stay reachable

A Bangkok duty manager on WhatsApp for the length of the trip. Flights move, weather turns; we are the ones who rebook.

What we will not do

We will not build a trip with an elephant ride, a tiger temple, or a “long-neck village” photo stop. We will not promise something we cannot operate ourselves. And we will tell you when a cheaper option is the better one — including when that option is not us.

Recent builds

Three that took work

  • Three weeks, two children under seven. Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai. Every drive under three hours, one hotel with a pool every second night.
  • Photography, fourteen days. Four dawn starts, a private boat at Ang Thong, a driver who understood why we needed to be somewhere at 05:15.
  • Honeymoon, no itinerary. Bangkok two nights, then eleven days on the Gulf with three pre-booked dinners and nothing else scheduled.
What it costs

The same as our catalogue tours for equivalent hotels and transport — roughly $230–260 per person per day for private travel with a guide and car. Building it from scratch does not carry a premium; you are paying for the days, not the paperwork.

Interests we build around

If the trip has a theme

Food. Market mornings, cooking schools, a Michelin street-food crawl, and two days in the north where the food is different. Multi-day culinary journeys sit under culinary tours.

Fighting. Training camps, not spectating — Muay Thai camps from one to four weeks.

Wellness. Retreats, detox, yoga — wellness retreats.

Photography, golf, diving, birding, family reunions. All built to order; tell us the interest and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth a dedicated route or just two days inside a normal one.

Is there a minimum spend?

No, but below about five days a custom build does not make sense — you are better off with a day tour plus a transfer. We will say so.

How far ahead should we plan?

Three to six months for peak season (November–February), especially if you want specific hotels. Two months is comfortable the rest of the year.

Can you work with a budget?

Yes, and it is better to give us one. We will tell you what is achievable at that number rather than send a proposal you cannot use.

Do you book flights?

International flights, no — you will get better prices booking direct. Domestic flights inside Thailand, yes, we book and ticket them.

What if we need to cancel?

Deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival, less any supplier charges already incurred. Full terms are on the cancellation policy.

Tell us the trip you have in mind.

Dates, people, and the one thing that must happen. We will come back with a route and a price.
