What guests say
2,184 verified reviews across Google, TripAdvisor and post-trip email. We publish the two-star ones too, because a page of five-star reviews reads like a page nobody wrote.

“We had booked a package online before and spent two days in shops we never asked for. This time the guide asked what we wanted on day one and rebuilt the next three days around it.”
Hannah K. · Germany
“Our flight was cancelled and we landed fourteen hours late. Someone was still standing at arrivals with our name, and the first day was moved without us asking.”
Daniel M. · Australia
“Travelling with an eight and an eleven year old, the shorter drives mattered more than any temple. They got that immediately and cut two stops we had asked for.”

The three-star ones, and what we did
“The hotel in Chiang Mai was not what the photos showed.” Fair. We removed that hotel from our list in 2025 and moved every booking to a property we had inspected twice.
“Too much driving on the Chiang Rai day.” Also fair, and now stated plainly on the day-trip page: thirteen hours, six of them in the car. Guests who want it shorter are steered to the overnight version.
“Our guide was knowledgeable but quiet.” We cannot fix personality, but we can match it. Tell us in the enquiry if you want a talkative guide and we will assign accordingly.
How the reviews are collected
By email three days after return, plus Google and TripAdvisor where guests choose to post. We do not filter, we do not offer incentives, and we do not delete anything except abuse.
Can I speak to a past guest?
Occasionally yes, with their permission. Ask and we will pass on your email rather than theirs.
Where else are you reviewed?
Google (1,240), TripAdvisor (806), Facebook (138). The averages are within 0.1 of each other.
Do you delete bad reviews?
Only abuse or spam. The three-star ones above are still on Google.
