Andaman Island Escape
Three bases on the Andaman coast, one private boat day that leaves before the fleet, and enough unscheduled time to actually swim. Built for people who want the islands without the 06:00 coach departures.
Phuket · Phi Phi · Krabi
Most Andaman itineraries move every night. This one moves twice. You get two nights on Phuket's quieter coast, one on Phi Phi Don, and three on the Railay peninsula — which is where people wish they had booked more time.
Day 1 — Arrive Phuket
Private transfer from the airport, 55 minutes to the west coast. We book Kata or Kamala rather than Patong unless you ask. Sunset, dinner, nothing else.
Day 2 — Phi Phi by private speedboat
Leave the pier at 07:00, which is ninety minutes before the first tour boat. Maya Bay while it is empty, Pileh Lagoon for a swim, Bamboo Island for lunch, snorkel at a reef the day boats skip. Back by 16:00.
Day 3 — Phuket, slowly
Morning free. Afternoon with a guide: Big Buddha, Wat Chalong, and Promthep Cape for sunset. Or skip all of it and stay on the beach — the point of a private tour is that this is your call.
Day 4 — Ferry to Phi Phi Don
A 90-minute crossing, then a resort on the quieter side of the island. Afternoon walk to the viewpoint — 300 steps, worth it at 17:00 rather than midday.
Day 5 — Phi Phi to Krabi
Morning boat to Krabi, then a longtail to Railay. Railay has no road access; you arrive by water or not at all. Afternoon on Phra Nang beach.
Day 6 — Four Islands
Longtail through Poda, Chicken Island, Tup and Phra Nang, timed against the tide so you can walk the sandbar between three of them. Private boat, private guide, own schedule.
Day 7 — Depart
Longtail to Ao Nam Mao, car to Krabi airport. If your flight is late, we hold the room to 14:00.
Six nights in beach hotels with breakfast · all boat trips privately chartered · national park and entrance fees · private transfers throughout · English-speaking guide on touring days · drinking water and snorkel gear · 24/7 Bangkok support.
International flights, visa, insurance, meals not listed, tips. Railay has no ATMs — bring cash for the small stuff.

About this route
Do we need to be strong swimmers?
No, but you need to be comfortable in deep water for snorkel stops, and able to climb into a longtail from the water. Life jackets are provided in adult and child sizes and the crew will stay with nervous swimmers.
Is Railay suitable for young children?
Older children yes; toddlers no. Railay has no roads, no cars and no pavements — you carry or buggy everything over sand. The family itinerary uses Hua Hin instead for exactly this reason.
What if a boat day is cancelled?
We refund the boat cost and substitute a land day — Phuket old town, a cooking class, or the Hot Springs. In monsoon we build the boat day into the middle of your stay so there is room to move it.
Can we do this in reverse, starting in Krabi?
Yes, and it is slightly better for flights — Krabi airport is quieter than Phuket and the Railay finish is a nicer last memory. Same price.
Check your dates on the Andaman.
We will check the marine forecast and the Maya Bay closure before quoting.
